Define : The scope of the project is defined clearly with regard to the needs and expectations of the customer

Deduce : The functional requirements and specifications are worked out and documented for confirmation by the customer.

Design : A system that fulfills all the specified requirements is designed and its feasibility is verified.

Develop and Diagnose : A solution that incorporates all the design features is developed, tested for proper functioning and sent for customer endorsement.

Deliver and Deploy : The final product is delivered to the customer in the format requested or deployed at customer’s location for use.
