A leading automotive company approached Emantras for a solution that would help to train its staff on the concept and procedures related to their new warehouse and logistics activities. The challenge here was to develop an application that clearly depicted the process flow depending on the type of process and associated conditions. The flow-chart describing the process had to be translated into visual representations without any discontinuity in flow.

Our Solution
Emantras received content in the form of flow charts, power point presentations and an overview of the warehouse plan in the form of CAD diagrams. Our team analyzed the available content and then developed an application that covers the entire aftermarket status and warehouse activities. The aftermarket overview elaborates on the company’s presence and market share. The section describing the new warehouse and its features has been developed using captivating visuals and graphics. The highlight is dynamic representation of the complete logistics procedures of the company and the activities done in the warehouse.
