Our Solution
They provided Emantras with information in the form of flow charts mentioning the standard practices and processes, power point presentations, pictorial data and other printed materials. Apart from this, our team went to the manufacturing facility to understand the process and captured the activities involved using a digital video. Then the available knowledge was analyzed and our team decided on a solution in the form of an interactive Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul package that describes the manufacturing process flow, operation, maintenance and overhaul of the machines. Each section deals elaborately on a particular process and the whole process is simulated dynamically giving the user all the required information, safety measures and other technical details.
