The Customer Need
Through the years, different divisions within a leading global healthcare provider had implemented different learning management systems to deliver skill-based and industry-required compliance training. Following a change of leadership, there was a massive intitive to revamp and update the systems to establish standardization, cross-communication and accountability. Emantras, with its integration expertise and well-known custom content development skills, was the natural choice to aid consolidation all the legacy systems and courseware, reduce costs and improve training and organizational efficiency.
Emantras Approach
Following intensive preliminary research, Emantras worked with the client to understand the organizational structure and the need for a unique LMS requirement. Based on this collaboration, Emantras created a global baseline of required functionality, mapped and migrated legacy data from each source into one centralized database.
The next step was designing, developing, implementing, and hosting a LMS that is now used by over 50,000 users worldwide. With expertise in custom content development and courseware migration, Emantras developed and integrated highly engaging, interactive and user centric customer online training materials with the LMS..Our organizaton was instrumental in making online training available to the entire organization whereas previously this benefit was available only to the division that had purchased it.
With the new system in place, the customer looked to add additional critical e-Learning components to further enhance the existing system. With a policy of going the extra mile for customer satisfaction, Emantras developed a highly interactive game based assessment for the training material, which proved to be highly effective in compared to traditional assessment methodologies.
In addition, Emantras has proposed 'Digital education' as a part of a ubiquitous 'performance enhancement' solution in the future using different cutting-edge e-Learning components.
In addition to all services provided, Emantras also made available a single point of contact for efficient technical support for the entire enterprise e-Learning system.
The Results Achieved:
Following adoption of Emantras highly efficient training methodology, this centralized learning management system replaced multiple incompatible systems, launches, and even tracks all of the customer's training material, including all legacy courseware.
An upturn on workload efficacy worked toward developing a working relationship based on trust and work compatibility.. Based on this equation, the client once again approached Emantras to deliver training to thousands of learners in a compressed timeframe to meet regulatory compliance demands. Working together with the organization, we were able to develop and deploy the required online training, and track all learner progress So that the learners successfully completed their training within the stipulated time.
