The Challenge
A reputed global manufacturing company was outsourcing their work and wanted to provide vendors with relevant information on standards and procedures. They wanted Emantras to offer a solution that would enable effective knowledge propagation and minimize communication errors. This was a challenge for Emantras as there was considerable amount of information to be conveyed in one single solution.

Our Solution
The company provided Emantras with product knowledge in the form of documents, pictures, manufacturing process instructions, administrative process instructions, manufacturing bills of materials etc. Emantras team started on with the interactive Vendor Training solution. We developed a comprehensive solution that contained information on product parts, product assembly, testing, packaging and BOM. Emantras provided the client with a solution that included, the entire assembly process explained step-wise using simple animations so that the contract manufacturers can easily manufacture and assemble the product as per the specifications. The component details are given with supporting pictures so that there is no confusion with regard to its description. The solution has the flexibility of being provided in part or full to the vendor depending on the work outsourced. This interactive solution also served the purpose of technical and service training thus solving an additional problem for the client.
